- About 4 1/2 lbs ground beef (I used Angus)
- 2 Digiorno Stuffed Crust Pizza (I wanted pepperoni, but they only have four cheese)
- A fair amount of Cheese
- As much bacon as you want (I used one package)
- Your favorite seasoning (mmmm, garlic)
- 2 eggs
Next, I mixed up the burger, and began cooking the meat. I cooked the burger for about 45 minutes in the oven at 400°F
Total cook time was about an hour or so.
Consuming and Reheating
OMG it was sooooooooooooo ×50 delicious. Like a squirrel eating a nut inside of hurray pants.
In hindsight(I have 20×20 hindsight) I should have put some bacon and cheese in the middle of the burger to not be so overwhelmed with beef. The good news is, you do not need a fork, I was able to consume it like a normal sized pizza-burger.
Reheating is a bit tricky, I discovered the hard way that the cheese stuffing in the pizza gets burnt fairly easily even in the microwave. I had to remove the meat innards and cook the two separately. It’s still very tasty reheated.
